FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
File transfer will be faster if you remember to stuff or zip your files. Compression
will reduce file size by approximately 50%, so a six megabyte file becomes three
megabytes. Compression in no way harms or alters your files.
If your job contains several files, use Stuffit to compress and combine them
before you upload. This will avoid having to upload several files. Stuffit is
available for free at www.stuffit.com.
- Select FTP as your file transmission option.
- Click on Browse, then select the files to upload.
- Click on Save and Continue and wait until your upload is complete.
When your order summary appears, your upload has been successfully completed.
Remember that FTP file upload times vary; they are determined by modem speed,
ISP capacity and other factors.
E-mail
Your files may be submitted via e-mail if they are smaller than 6 megabytes.
Our e-mail address is: order@printexgraphics.com.
- Select e-mail as your file transmission option.
